Birthday Balloon!

Who doesn't love to get balloons on their birthday? I know it is the highlight of my kids' birthday experience. So I thought I would make a card featuring balloons. I must admit the final result looks nothing like the card I had envisioned but I like what I came up with. It is hard to tell in the picture but I used the Small Dots Texturz Plate on the black cardstock.
